♦ RentAble can cover your security deposit – reducing the high cost of moving and giving you an edge in securing housing.

♦ RentAble will provide replacement for at least the standard one month’s rent security deposit amount – plus an additional $1,000 – for eligible tenants.

♦ Dedicated staff support throughout the process.

♦ Tenant must reside and be seeking housing in Kalamazoo County.

♦ Tenants must show proof of income between 65-120% of the area median income (AMI).

♦Tenants must have at least one of the following:

• Prior eviction filing or adverse action
• Previous incarceration or arrest record
• Victim of domestic violence
• Nontraditional sources of income (portion of income drawn from government assistance program or other sources)
• Poor credit history or prior bankruptcy
